Intensive: AI Workspace and Knowledge Base in 1 Day

A one-day intensive constructor: in 7.5 hours, build a working AI environment and knowledge base. Deliverables: an environment blueprint, a draft AGENTS.md, and a knowledge source map.

We will share the next cohort dates, the team format and a price estimate.

For developers, product teams, knowledge workers, and managers tired of AI "starting from scratch" every time. In one day — 7.5 hours — you will build your own AI work environment and knowledge base, rather than sitting through an overview of tools. This is a constructor: you leave with an environment blueprint, a draft instruction file for the agent, and a knowledge source map that you can put to work immediately.

A strong environment for AI isn't built around a single tool. It's built around five layers: context, memory, tools, constraints and permissions, and team rituals. If knowledge matters more than once, it should live not in a chat but in a permanent environment artifact.

What You'll Take With You

Not notes, but concrete artifacts for your "second brain":

  • An understanding of the five layers of a work environment: context, memory, tools, constraints, rituals.
  • A built environment blueprint v0.1 and a draft instruction file for the agent (AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md / copilot-instructions.md / rules).
  • A knowledge source map and a matrix of "source → owner → trust level → review frequency."
  • Configured daily and weekly rituals and a baseline digital hygiene framework.
  • A 2–4 week implementation pilot plan — what to do right after the intensive.

Results in Numbers

Typical benchmarks — the outcome of the day depends on your role and the case you prepare; we set the boundaries before the start:

Format Timeline Deliverable Effect
Preparation 3–5 days before the start a real task and a description of your current stack the practice day runs on your case, not on a demo
Intensive 1 day, 7.5 hours environment blueprint v0.1, draft AGENTS.md, knowledge source map environment and "second brain" built in one day
Labs 1–3 within the day instruction template, knowledge zones, environment track the agent gets context and memory instead of starting from scratch
Post-course pilot 2–4 weeks implementation plan, rituals, digital hygiene framework routines take hold, the environment works without your involvement

Expected outcome: after 1 day — a built environment and artifacts; after 2–4 weeks — established rituals and a working pilot; after 1–2 months — fewer repeated explanations to the agent and less time lost searching for context.

Program: 7 Lab Blocks in One Day

We work only on participants' real cases; each block ends with an artifact.

  1. Opening and framing. What vibe coding is without romanticizing it; why routines matter more than one-off demos. Artifact — a map of "how I work now" and a list of the three biggest time losses.
  2. JTBD diagnostics. Participants' real tasks, pain points, and outcome metrics; segmentation into personal, corporate, or hybrid track.
  3. Environment architecture. Designing the layers: where instructions, the knowledge base, the design system, and action confirmation rules live.
  4. Lab 1 — the agent's operational memory. Building the instruction template: what counts as a result, sources of truth, commands, constraints, escalation.
  5. Lab 2 — the knowledge base for the agent. Dividing content into zones: authoritative, operational, reference, and archive; what gets indexed and what must never be sent to the model.
  6. Lab 3 — environment tracks. Personal (vault, daily notes, decision log), corporate (authoritative knowledge model, approved stack), and hybrid (dual-loop memory).
  7. Locking in the artifacts. Final blueprint, templates, and a 30-day implementation plan.

Format

  • 1 day, 7.5 hours of pure time: roughly 30% theory and 70% practice.
  • Work on participants' real cases; each block ends with an artifact.
  • Different tools are allowed, but the environment logic is universal.
  • 3–5 days before the start, participants receive preparation instructions: bring a real task and a description of your current stack.
  • A technical background is only needed for hands-on work with code agents — in the personal and hybrid tracks, confident computer skills are enough.

Who This Intensive Is For

  • Developers and product teams — using agents at work as a system, not one-off demos.
  • Knowledge workers and department heads — building a personal AI environment and "second brain."
  • IT and enablement teams — rolling out agent environments across the company.
  • Solo specialists and founders — building an agent alongside you and not depending on memory in your head.

Why «POLESNYE TSIFRY»

We are an engineering consulting artel that implements CRM, ERP, RPA, and AI in real processes ourselves, rather than lecturing "about neural networks." The intensive is built around a working environment:

  • Results through artifacts, not theory. Every block closes with a blueprint, template, or plan you can apply immediately.
  • AI is a tool, not a goal. If a task can be solved without an agent or requires manual control, we'll say so plainly, without "magic."
  • Honest about limitations. We tell you where an agent works well and where human review, permissions, and escalation are needed.
  • We don't promise "autopilot." We promise a method and "before → after" verifiability: you leave with a built environment and a pilot plan, not with inspiration.

Addressing Objections

Is this a course about a specific tool? No. The environment isn't built around a single tool: participants build a compatible system from an IDE, an agent, rules, a knowledge base, and rituals. You can use your own tools.

What if I work alone rather than in a team? There's a dedicated personal track: personal vault structure, daily notes, clipping, and personal skills.

Do I need to know how to program? For the personal and hybrid tracks, confident computer skills are enough. Programming is needed primarily for hands-on work with code agents.

What happens after the intensive? Participants leave with a 2–4 week pilot scenario. Based on the results, you can request a corporate implementation format and ongoing support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is preparation required before the intensive?

3–5 days before the start, send us a real task and a description of your current stack — then the practice day runs on your case, not on an abstract example.

Is the intensive held in person or online?

Both formats are possible: 30% theory and 70% practice. A corporate track tailored to your stack is available for teams.

What if I don't program?

For the personal and hybrid tracks, confident computer skills are enough. Programming is needed primarily for hands-on work with code agents.

What's the deliverable after the intensive?

An environment blueprint v0.1, a draft instruction file for the agent, a knowledge source map with a matrix, rituals, and a 2–4 week pilot plan.

Is the intensive suitable for a team?

Yes. The program is segmented into personal, corporate, and hybrid tracks, and a separate implementation format is available for companies.

Sign Up for the Next Cohort

Dates for upcoming cohorts, pricing, venue (in person/online), and the composition of the corporate format are confirmed on request.

First step: reserve your spot — we'll send the terms and program and confirm the cohort date or team format.

If you're unsure: send us a description of your current environment, and in a free short review we'll show which layers you already have and which you'll need to build from scratch.

Not sure the course is right for you? Start with the free five-layer environment checklist — a quick diagnostic of what's already working and what's falling short.
